If you have only a day or two to spare and you are staying in the local area why not come and try the activities at Llain for the day.

A day may consist of three or more activities or alternatively you could do one or two activities in more depth.

KAYAKING, CLIMBING, ABSEILING, ARCHERY, SAILING, ASSAULT COURSE, COMMANDO COURSE, ORIENTEERING and much, much more.

• From ?14.50 per person for the whole day (?8.00 per person for half day)

How and When

• The centre is open from April to October.
• Just ring the centre to book on Please ring at least 24 hours before to ensure we have spaces.
• Please inform the centre if you or any member of your group has any special needs when you book.

Safety

• All activities are carried out with strict regard to safety.
• All instructors are qualified and all safety equipment is issued at the beginning of a session and must be worn.

What you need to bring

• Very old clothes
• Swimming costume and towel
• Change of clothes
• Packed lunch
• Sense of humour.
